Zuri is proud to officially reveal our service availability figures for ‘Infrastructure as a Service’ (IaaS), as well as some new capacity and feature enhancements to the solution.  Our uptime figures are a testament to the cutting-edge technology vendors we partner with to deliver this service, coupled with our design and most importantly, our awesome in-house team, who ensure our customers are kept up and running! Unplanned events can happen, which is why we are transparent with our figures and adopt an open and honest policy with customers.

Service improvement and enhancements consist of:

  • Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) upgrade from 2Gps to 20Gps
  • WAN upgrade from traditional carrier uplinks to Multi-Service Ports (MSP) allowing for rapid provisioning to cloud services, data centres, and/or on-premises connectivity.
  • IPv6 readiness across our backbone and perimeter
